Charlie Chinstrap is a young Chinstrap penguin, he lives with his royal family of the seas in Antarctica. When Charlie receives a letter from a friend, he goes on a search for knowledge to find out all about penguins and uncovers some truths about their environment and why some penguins are endangered.
